:: All 4 plants are running according the ISO 9002 norms certificated by DNV (ISAF S.p.a., DZW GmbH, WELD TEAM KFT) and TÜV (ISAF GmbH). We manufacture welding wire starting from raw material source from the main steel mills in Italy and in Germany. All these steel mills are certified and approved by the main internati onal organisations. The wire rod is selected according the norms UNI EU 133 and we use internal purchasing specifications.
All wire rod arriving at our plant is tested and controlled by mechanical tests and counter-chemical analysis before starting the drawing process.
Every stage of the manufacturing process is submitted to controls by Q.C.
The finished product is always tested with a sample taken from each bulk in order to verify the cast & helix specifics.

Little helix ensures a good feeding of the wire in the liner of the torch with 6-8 meters length too.
The control of the diameter size is guaranteed (tolerances - 0.03mm/ + 0.01mm) by a laser system; this system stops the machine in case the tolerance is not respected.
The coppering system of our wire guarantees that copper put on the wire is according the parameters as follows:

One more and last test on CAST, HELIX & DIAMETER of the product is done before packaging and pallet conditioning.
